Community Reviews
The Waters is a beautiful place that does not resemble a typical assisted living place.

Another Happy Camper
reviewed on: 09/20/2017 by Barbara SorensenWe have had great service at The Waters with our father who suffered a storm of strokes over a year ago. The transition from the Rehabilitation Center to Assisted Living at The Waters went very smoothly. Georgene was and continues to be a gem to work with concerning dad's admittance and residence there. Dad was living independently in his own home prior to his strokes. The staff at The Waters helped him to get settled in and acquainted with all the residents from the get-go and he has since made many friends there. We can't say enough good things about the level of care dad has and continues to receive there. We would consider dad another happy camper residing at The Waters. What a blessing it has been to our family to have dad living there.

Lovely, worth a visit
reviewed on: 08/27/2020 by AnonymousThe environment is lovey. They have a nice mix of residents, they have a good number of men. They do a good job. My mom likes it. Things have declined since COVID, The residents have been pretty isolated. The food is not the best.
Highly recommend.
reviewed on: 06/10/2015 by Jim G.Staff memebers are great. Very helpful, friendly and caring. They made my fathers's move-in process very easy, providing me with the paper work and the information to complete it well in advance. The facility is quite new and is very well kept. It is by far the cleanest facility I have assessed for my father's care. My father is in a memory care, studio apartment. He tells me he enjoys the ample space he has, and that the food is consistanly very good. He enjoys the staff he interacts with each day and says "everyone here is very friendly." A real "plus" for me is the option to have my father's doctor visits and lab work completed on site, and to have direct access to his daily care notes, Dr. visits, and lab results via the internet. I would highly recommend people looking for a senior community to consider The Waters of Plymouth.
