Things have been good so far.
reviewed on: 11/16/2015 by AnonymousThings have been good so far. We don't have any complaints. They keep it clean, and the staff is friendly. We are very happy with it. We really like it. It was pretty competitively priced compared to similar places in the area.
Separate wing on 2nd floor for memory...
reviewed on: 12/29/2012 by A Place For Mom CustomerSeparate wing on 2nd floor for memory care. It was secured...but did not have an open air about it - this wing reminded me of a nursing home. Next door bedroom and bathroom mate was 74, and as we were walking down the hall, she says "i don't like this person" and almost picks an arguement with this other resident.(both spoke in foreign language, other person did seem challenged.) The activity list for residents seemed to be good, had "polka time" EM program available as soon as money runs out at own cost, no waiting period. Private fund cost.
Over The Top Community!!
reviewed on: 08/25/2016 by AnonymousThe activities are good. My mother really likes the meals . At the moment she is only joining the community for dinner. The medical staff that comes in to take care of the clients has been very good my mother got referrals for speech therapy and medication management. I am happy knowing that she is in a safe community.
Nice Place! Check it out before you make a decision!
reviewed on: 10/02/2017 by JoAnnMy Dad has lived here for over 4 years. He likes it and things seem to be well taken care of. If we report a problem it is taken care of quickly. The food is good and you have lots of choices in addition to daily special which is usually quite good. You can have a choice of salads, breakfast items any time of the day, choice of hamburgers and a few other sandwiches. There are lots of activities like Bingo, cards, happy hours, monthly birthday parties, service projects, coffee and a treat daily, etc. There is a cute little Tavern on the 5th floor where you can get 2 free beers or wine from 2:00 to 4:00 M - Sat. You can also order appetizers there for a small charge. The place has just been newly redone with painting, carpeting, lighting, and landscaping of the grounds. So it looks great. The price is reasonable. The wait staff in the dining room could be better and more friendly but not bad. My Dad who has a hard time making decisions liked this place, chose it surprisingly quickly and is happy here! You can line up a tour and a free lunch including for your family helping you choose. I recommend you check this place out. They even gave our whole family free lunch the day we moved my Dad in. It was a delightful break before we started the unpacking.
