Sherburn is a city in Martin County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 1,137 at the 2010 census. The U.S. Census Bureau estimated 2011 population is 1,128.Interstate 90 and Minnesota State Highway 4 are two of the main arterial routes in the city.In 1988, Sherburn consolidated with neighboring Trimont and Welcome schools to form the Martin County West School District. In 1999, Sherburn combined its Police Department, with nearby Welcome. The Department is currently known as the "Sherburn/Welcome Police Department".
