Be more transparent about additional costs and add-ons
reviewed on: 03/28/2017 by AnonymousOne thing I greatly appreciated that Summit Hill did was shortly after my mom got there she was having a medical issue. Wendy, a nurse jumped right on and handled the situation. They reacted quickly and got her to the hospital. They were in contact that whole day to give me updates. What I would suggest is Chris the marketing guy is very nice but to be more upfront about the actual cost.
