They really cared about my Father
reviewed on: 11/20/2017 by AnonymousThis facility was everything I had hoped for and it was a very good experience. My Father and I chose this facility because I would be close to him and the great value of care for the price. It’s a great place and a wonderful staff. They really made it easy as far as the transition. The staff members took good care of him and made sure he got to all of his meals. I could tell they treated my dad like he was a person and not just going through the motions. I would recommend this facility.
Top Notch Community
reviewed on: 09/27/2018 by Jill RuggeriMy mother in law has been living at Twin Oaks at Heritage Pointe for four years now. She came to Twin Oaks from her home and was very emotional about leaving the home where she had raised her family. The staff at Twin Oaks welcomed her and made the transition a pleasant experience. We are thrilled that she has made so many new friends. She is passionate about cooking and absolutely loved that she had a kitchen and that she could bring her dining room set with her so she could still entertain. She has become much more active and participates in many activities throughout the week. Over the years, her need for additional care was evident and she moved to the assisted living community at Twin Oaks. She is being cared for by a community of people who treat her like family and I can visit her and leave feeling at ease that she is happy and loved by so many! Thank you all!
A New Home for Mom
reviewed on: 12/20/2013 by Patti K.We recently moved mom to the affordable senior apartments Twin Oaks at Stone Ridge from her condo. It became apparent that her disease process ( Alzheimers) was further along than first thought and she needed to be somewhere that provided 24/7 asssitance/oversight. Having had a great experience with the staff at the apts I went over to tour the assisted living area of Twin Oaks at Heritage Pointe. I was immediately impressed by the friendly, caring demeanor of the staff as well as the facility itself. It was obvious they hired for fit with their mission and everyone from Kathy, who greeted and toured me through the facility to Monica the charge nurse, seemed to genuinely care about their residents. We moved mom in this week and have been "wowed" by all of the staff. Because they knew I was worried about how mom would adjust to her new surroundings the charge nurse called me the first night after dinner to to tell me how she was doing and reassure me that she was doing well. I would highly recommend Twin Oaks. It is a family owned and managed business that has strong, faith based values that are stated in their mission statement and are demonstrated through staff interactions with the residents and their families.

We have been real pleased.
reviewed on: 01/14/2016 by AnonymousWe have been real pleased. When we moved in they were very helpful. My parents keep telling me how helpful they have been, and how much they like the place. They seem to respond right away and pretty well. They like the food here. We liked having the option of the Villas, and since this was our parents first choice we are very happy it worked out.
