A Wonderful Vision
reviewed on: 10/22/2018 by Bev BrackMy Mom and our Family are so glad that Mary Ann Huber had the Vision to provide an inviting place for residents to live. My Mom moved into the first completed Garden Home in 2010. In 2011 she moved into Assisted Living. As a family we enjoy all the activities such as the Fall Festival etc. Thank you for taking Care of the One we Love.
Very nice place!
reviewed on: 03/06/2017 by AnonymousI am very pleased with how things turned out at Twin Oaks at Heritage Pointe. I am in one of the villa units, and I could not be happier with it. The staff all seem very friendly, they were a big help through the whole process, and now that I've moved in they're always available if I have any questions or concerns.
Top Notch Community
reviewed on: 09/27/2018 by Jill RuggeriMy mother in law has been living at Twin Oaks at Heritage Pointe for four years now. She came to Twin Oaks from her home and was very emotional about leaving the home where she had raised her family. The staff at Twin Oaks welcomed her and made the transition a pleasant experience. We are thrilled that she has made so many new friends. She is passionate about cooking and absolutely loved that she had a kitchen and that she could bring her dining room set with her so she could still entertain. She has become much more active and participates in many activities throughout the week. Over the years, her need for additional care was evident and she moved to the assisted living community at Twin Oaks. She is being cared for by a community of people who treat her like family and I can visit her and leave feeling at ease that she is happy and loved by so many! Thank you all!
The best decision our family ever made...
reviewed on: 11/14/2018 by Mary Rose FeldtMy mom has been a resident of Twin Oaks at Heritage Pointe for four years and we could not be any happier! We, my five siblings and myself, have total trust and confidence in the staff at Twin Oaks on every level of care. We always say that our mom is treated like a QUEEN there! When I walk in to visit her, every single employee greets me so kindly and gives their full attention to any needs. And my mother is treated equally with so much attentiveness, friendliness, and respect. We joke with my mom about how her social life is better than all of ours, as she is always so busy with all the activities and outings that are offered at Twin Oaks. She has made many friends in the other residents, and with staff members. Her favorite activities are Java Music, Bible Study, Armchair Travel, and playing games such as Scrabble with other residents. She also enjoys watching STL Cardinal games together with other residents, as well as movies in the theater, and she never misses "Happy Hour"! She has enjoyed trips to Branson, local restaurants, Pierre Marquette, Stages Theater, and the Blue Owl Restaurant in Kimmswick just to name a few. She frequently takes the shuttle bus to church which is very convenient. She enjoys the food and loves the residents meetings that are held every month. Our extended family enjoys many holidays at Twin Oaks with "Grandma" and "Great Grandma" such as the stupendous 4th of July celebration, Fall Festival, and Christmas Open House. It has become a tradition in our family to attend these events and we all have a blast! I cannot say enough good things about Twin Oaks at Heritage Pointe!

reviewed on: 03/09/2015 by Linda BiehlExceptional staff, safety, activities and care. Independent living area is the best thing we could have done for my 83 year old mother. She absolutely loves the staff, activities, new friends. VERY earthy facility, dining , apartments and general atmosphere. Residents stay informed, and requests for services related to the facility, food, activities, etc. are welcomed and accommodated as needed. Perfect size facility and setting. Apartments in independent living are extremely well designed to allow for various stages of health and well being. Superior on all levels. Atmosphere has added 10 years to my mothers life and attitude!! We looked at many facilities in the area. My opinion this facility is the best in ST. Charles, St. Louis County for the money and standard of living.
