reviewed on: 10/26/2018 by MaxineI am very happy here at Gateway. I love my apartment and view from my walk out balcony. Would like to see different meal choices. Culinary staff could use a little more training. Activities are offered but I rather not attend I am not a very social butterfly. The staff here are wonderful and take the time to provide the cares/services I need. I truly love Gateway.

reviewed on: 11/05/2018 by Brian S.My wife and I went to check out Gateway to get some information in October (2018) and get a sense for the community there for our 91 year old Uncle who is ready for a new chapter in his life. We were VERY impressed! We got all our questions answered. We put down a payment for a room, and the whole admissions process was smooth. The staff was experienced and caring to make sure we understood how Gateway is unique to Lincoln. Full service, one-stop "shopping" so our Uncle will not have to move from one building to another. From independent living to skilled nursing care and physical therapy if needed. The coordinator services staff person was reliable whether I texted her something, or called to ask something. There was a lot to go through for paperwork and we liked that aspect: we don't like places that are comfortable at "winging it" ---- Communications were great. We are confident in our Uncle's new life and that he'll be in capable, trustworthy hands. I can't think of a single thing that was negative or caused us any reason to consider backing away. Awesome!

reviewed on: 10/26/2018 by AnonymousGateway Vista is a very pleasant place to live. The residents are friendly and treat each other as family. The staff is caring and compassionate. The apartments are spacious with a balcony and huge windows. The location is great - close to Fresh Thyme and Barnes and Noble. There is shopping and restaurants close by at the mall.
