They have a lot of activiites for the residents who want to participate. We would recommend the good care and value to other families.
A good fit for my parents
reviewed on: 10/26/2020 by AnonymousWe chose The Waterford At Miracle Hills because during our tour we talked a lot to the staff members and liked them. It also seemed very clean and it seemed like it would be a good fit. The room sizes here are pretty large and spacious, they are in a two bedroom but even the one bedrooms were larger than some of the ones we saw. The food is something they think they could improve on, they have had a lot of turnover with the head chefs. The best part about the community so far has been the care and overall attitude of the staff members.
Very costly

They charged us 2500 just for the 2 days that she was there. I thought that was way too expensive. The facility was very clean. Everything seemed to be okay. It's just that my loved one did not like it there. The value was not good at all. It's just way too costly. The Waterford at Miracle Hills was not that great.

It has been a difficult time dealing with the situation of my mothers health and all, but they have been very friendly and helpful. There have been a few challenges with communication, but other than that for the most part it has been very good. The nursing staff especially are really excellent and they are the ones I am dealing with most of the time.
