Caring, compassionate staff

The staff was compassionate, caring, and attentive, and I thought they took excellent care of my loved one. I would recommend it to anyone looking into care in the area.
Safe and loving place for our parents

It really seems that their goal is to provide loving, caring support for all members of the community. They try to provide a friendly, nourishing environment for all residents. We are very pleased with Bedford Falls.

reviewed on: 05/17/2021 by anonymousWe chose them because of the proximity to family members, we liked the fact that it was a smaller facility, and the staff were extremely accommodating in terms of allowing her to move in during the pandemic and allowing 2 of us to go set up her apartment. The opportunity for multiple outdoor space areas was great at Bedford Falls. We have had many questions and some concerns along the way and whenever we call, we always get a response so they have been good with communication. According to my mom the food is not very good, she said it is not very good quality. I would definitely recommend them to others who are looking.
