Doing a great job
reviewed on: 01/13/2014 by Loved oneThey're doing a great job here, I'd rate them a 5 on everything they were able to provide for us.
Really nice place
reviewed on: 10/18/2013 by Sister in lawThere was something going on everyday, numerous things so they could do whatever they wanted, there was bingo and someone would come in and play music, there was a library they had, there was a puzzle in one of the living rooms that anybody could be a part of. The building that my sister in law was in there was an outside area in the center of the building there. Also, their meals were very good, they had it like family style, there were 4 people to a table and I forgot how many tables there were but we were invited to a few meals and it was wonderful. They had a menu board so they could see what was being service and they're very friendly people, even the patrons reached out to one another. It was very clean, there was nothing crowded, it was like home living.
Top marks
reviewed on: 08/13/2019 by Stephen HeffronMy mother has been at Forestview Manor now for 2 1/2 years. She's been in each of the 3 different Manors, which are more like nice private homes than large buildings. Each Manor is tailored specifically to meet the changing physical and mental needs of the residents with dementia. My mother calls her room a "penthouse" and believes that she is living in grand accommodations. The staff at Forestview did a great job with each move to decorate my mother's room in a way to make her feel comfortable, with lots of nice personal touches. Everyone at Forestview Manor has been fantastic to work with, and I highly recommend it to anyone wondering where the best place is to go for assisted living care for their loved one. We looked at a bunch of places within a 60 mile radius, and none of them were comparable to Forestview Manor in our opinion. Top marks!
Nice facility

Give Forestview top consideration!
reviewed on: 08/09/2019 by JoyceMy mother received wonderful care at Forestview. She loved the companionship with the other residents. She enjoyed the food and activities. She moved in for respite care after time in rehab where she could have stayed in their assisted living. We considered all AL locations in the Lakes Region before this placement. Forestview is comfortable without being "old-fashioned". Lots of light, pleasantly furnished rooms, enjoyable outdoor areas and attentive care-givers. She decided to stay here saying that she really enjoyed it. An unexpected health issue shortened her life. She was able to return to Forestview after a hospital stay and be cared for as a Hospice patient. I am grateful for the tender love and care by all to my mother and our family.
