reviewed on: 02/10/2017 by AnonymousThe staff here were very nice to my mom. My mom just had a hard time trying to adjust to the new environment that she was in. The community was very nice and kept up. Everyone here did the very best that they could for my mom and we appreciate that.

reviewed on: 01/11/2017 by AnonymousThe Ledgewood Bay was a nice community to tour. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. We did not end up moving my mother into this community because we were moving her out of state, but other than that this complex was very nice.
Good memory care

He's been treated very well, and they've handled his dementia and decline in memory with a lot of understand and compassion. They've been very good about keeping in communication with families, and they always let us know about any changes in his condition. And, most importantly, he seems happy and comfortable.

The interaction of employees and residents has always been respectful anytime that I have been there. Wish there was not quite the turnover of employees at times.

The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions we had for them. The property was clean and they had a lot of great amenities available to all of the residents. I thought they had a great floor plan that was easy to navigate through it was just not the right fit in the end decision.
