Community Reviews
Needed more interaction
reviewed on: 08/08/2017 by AnonymousEverything went well for the most part. From what we saw the community looked nice and clean, the staff was nice, and our questions were answered. The thing was that it did not seem like my mother-in-law would fit in. The residents in the memory care needed more interaction with the other residents.
Lovely place
reviewed on: 10/28/2014 by M FishI wish we had done it sooner. Their cheerful oversight in the memory care unit was greatly appreciated. The remainder of the (regular) facility seemed filled with activities and people enjoying the companionship of others. Honestly, I'm not sure why people insist living alone is the only way to believe they are independent - these folks are going, doing, living the way they want with a social circle built in.
Clean Property!!
reviewed on: 07/28/2017 by AnonymousI have no complaints of how things had went for my tour of this community for my loved one. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions we had for them. The property was clean and they had a lot of great amenities available to all of the residents. I thought they had a great floor plan that was easy to navigate through it was just not the right fit in the end decision.
Four Stars
reviewed on: 01/09/2016 by AnonymousI think that they could be a little bit better with communicating expectations of when the residents moves in; like what to expect, medications, etc. Overall, they have always been good about calling me back if I have had any questions.
