reviewed on: 12/21/2016 by AnonymousMy mother loves it here! She made a very quick adjustment and I am amazed at how fast she made improvement and is now much more independent. When she toured it, she wanted to live here. We don't have a single complaint when she moved in the closet door was not closing as fast as she wanted and when she mentioned it to someone, within 15 mins someone was up there fixing it. Moving in, we expected to have issues but we are very surprised everything is going so good. The food is excellent and so is the food service. You pay by the month to month and the apartments are small but private. The administration is great, they made anything that could have been stressful very easy!

reviewed on: 01/11/2017 by AnonymousThe Ledgewood Bay was a nice community to tour. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. We did not end up moving my mother into this community because we were moving her out of state, but other than that this complex was very nice.

reviewed on: 03/18/2021 by AnonymousCommunication was challenging and sometimes poor. Make sure to understand what options you have for medication management. The food was not very good and was often cold. I would not recommend this community to others. The value compared to other communities that we have used is below average.
