Community Reviews
Clean Property!!
reviewed on: 07/28/2017 by AnonymousI have no complaints of how things had went for my tour of this community for my loved one. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions we had for them. The property was clean and they had a lot of great amenities available to all of the residents. I thought they had a great floor plan that was easy to navigate through it was just not the right fit in the end decision.
Very nice place!
reviewed on: 01/11/2017 by AnonymousThe Ledgewood Bay was a nice community to tour. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. We did not end up moving my mother into this community because we were moving her out of state, but other than that this complex was very nice.
I would rate a 6 if I could!!
reviewed on: 12/21/2016 by AnonymousMy mother loves it here! She made a very quick adjustment and I am amazed at how fast she made improvement and is now much more independent. When she toured it, she wanted to live here. We don't have a single complaint when she moved in the closet door was not closing as fast as she wanted and when she mentioned it to someone, within 15 mins someone was up there fixing it. Moving in, we expected to have issues but we are very surprised everything is going so good. The food is excellent and so is the food service. You pay by the month to month and the apartments are small but private. The administration is great, they made anything that could have been stressful very easy!
wonderful staff, my Dad is happy there
reviewed on: 03/02/2015 by AnonymousThe staff has been great from my first call of inquiry. They helped me find a great fit for my Dad and they have worked closely with me to make sure that my Dad is getting the medical attention he needs and also that he has many activities and support to help him fit in. Very good management and the nurses are on top of everything. The activities director really cares. The food is fresh.
Good memory care
reviewed on: 02/05/2014 by Loved oneThey've done a great job with my loved one so far. He's been treated very well, and they've handled his dementia and decline in memory with a lot of understand and compassion. They've been very good about keeping in communication with families, and they always let us know about any changes in his condition. And, most importantly, he seems happy and comfortable.
