Ledgewood Bay - Milford NH
reviewed on: 02/08/2017 by Rita MeyerMy husband has lived here for 4 years and is happy here. I particularly appreciate that the family is involved in all aspects of his care. Van is very convenient. The interaction of employees and residents has always been respectful anytime that I have been there. Wish there was not quite the turnover of employees at times.
Great location and great fit
reviewed on: 08/14/2013 by JulieThey do have medicaid beds so in a year she could get on the list for that so that was a big deal for us. The way they dispense medications in new hampshire is also alot more convinienct for the families. I don't have to keep the medications, they do all of that. If the nursing staff had any questions or any kinds of cincerns or anything like that theyll call her doctors directly. We also looked at another one but it really came down to who would accept medicaid. We really like it as far as the lay out, the friendliness of the staff, the dining area is really nice, the food is really good. The residents that we spoke to really liked it she was able to keep some of her independence and my mom was able to keep her cats so that was a big plus. The have transportation and plenty of activities throughout the day and theres still help available when she needs it.

reviewed on: 03/02/2015 by AnonymousThe staff has been great from my first call of inquiry. They helped me find a great fit for my Dad and they have worked closely with me to make sure that my Dad is getting the medical attention he needs and also that he has many activities and support to help him fit in. Very good management and the nurses are on top of everything. The activities director really cares. The food is fresh.
