reviewed on: 01/09/2016 by AnonymousI think that they could be a little bit better with communicating expectations of when the residents moves in; like what to expect, medications, etc. Overall, they have always been good about calling me back if I have had any questions.
Good memory care

He's been treated very well, and they've handled his dementia and decline in memory with a lot of understand and compassion. They've been very good about keeping in communication with families, and they always let us know about any changes in his condition. And, most importantly, he seems happy and comfortable.

reviewed on: 01/11/2017 by AnonymousThe Ledgewood Bay was a nice community to tour. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. We did not end up moving my mother into this community because we were moving her out of state, but other than that this complex was very nice.
