Positive experience
reviewed on: 10/22/2021 by Linda SWe chose Allegria at the Fountains because of the close location, they are upgrading it, and the size of the apartments. He is also able to stay here as he declines in health because they offer assisted living and memory care as well. The quality of the meals have gone down a little bit in the last month just due to staffing. But the first whole month he was here he said it was amazing. [name removed] in the front office has been great, I can text her whenever and she goes above and beyond. I would recommend them to others looking.
Great for Dad
reviewed on: 08/17/2017 by AnonymousMy Dad moved into The Fountains about a year ago, he is a very young and active 83 year old but was distraught after the loss of my Mom. It has been wonderful for him! He's made many friends and says that the staff is amazing!! It is so nice to know that he is not eating dinner alone each night. He also loves the entertainment and gets involved with showing new residents around and introducing them to friends.
Keep Your Loved Ones in Good Hands, Place Them in Allegria
reviewed on: 10/26/2020 by SandraI would tell them it was great, I even heard this before my loved one went it there. I now know it is just as great as everyone said. The food was good. The staff was great, and we had a good rapport with them. Even talking to them over the phone. During a window visit the nurse and aid were able to assist my loved one with the visit. The staff always called us to let us know about my loved one's needs, and they are very helpful and cooperative. There was one staff from housekeeping, that bought my loved one pizza. This staff member cried, when they found out my loved one was moving to another unit.
Quite Satisfactory
reviewed on: 09/12/2013 by JackThere is one meal a day and it's excellent. I happen to like the place. I don't know what I would ask them to do to improve it. As far as I'm concerned they're quite satisfactory. I'm not sure what they Alzheirmer's part is like. I'm going to need that soon but I don't know how it is right now. I don't participate in any of the activities so I'm not sure what they are but I know there are things available.
Great place for mom and dad
reviewed on: 09/07/2021 by Marilyn CWe are so happy with our choice and so are my parents. Whenever we go it is always clean, they are currently working on some updates to the facility. Every staff member is so wonderful and friendly. They are adding church back into the activities, they have been doing all that they can with everything that has been going on, but it is slowly getting back normal. I would highly recommend to others looking.
