It's a peace of mind and very comforting, head and shoulders above everything else
reviewed on: 08/22/2013 by GaryI didn't know where I was going but I just got in my car and went and Brandywine was the last on my list, I think I put my deposit down that day, I can't ask for more. The staff is wonderful, they go out of their way and they really take pride in their activities. With football season coming up the acitivty director sets up tailgating parties for the Giants games, plus there's a full sized kitchen in the common area so if we want to come in and cook as a family we can. It looks like a beautiful hotel inside, they have exercising everyday and additional therapy besides that, it's just fantastic. It's a little pricey but the value is there and plus the room that was available is a huge value but they guaranteed us that she could stay there through medicaid involvement at no extra cost after 2 years of being respoinsible for financial support. Other old people that are living at their homes are considering it because of my moms experience.

We Love Brandywine Living @ Middlebrook Crossing
reviewed on: 05/28/2020 by Theresa C.Brandywine Living @ Middlebrook Crossing is not only a beautiful residence, but everyone who works there is friendly, caring and sincere. There are many emotions that arise when it is time to place our loved ones in a facility. Of course we want the best care for them. I hope my review can lessen the stress you may be feeling about knowing whether or not you are making the right decision. Your loved one will be well taken care of -- there are many daily activities they can participate in if they choose to do so. And if they are like my mother and prefers to stay in their room -- the rooms are very comfortable and clean. The facility recently went through a full renovation and it is even more beautiful with additional means of entertainment. The dining area is very pleasant and cheerful and the food is excellent. They do a great job with housekeeping and laundry and disseminating medicines. There are several events that the families are invited to during the year, and we feel like we are part of an extended family. I feel the staff goes above and beyond to make sure the residents feel comfortable. And the communication is excellent. As we all have gone through a challenging time during this pandemic, I have to commend the Director and staff for doing an exceptional job keeping the residents safe. It was no easy task and stressful on everyone, but they were on top of things.

Review of Brandywine
reviewed on: 07/18/2019 by Emily and Joe DeScenzaMy mother, [name removed], 103 years old, recently passed away. She spent three years as president, receiving the best care! The nurses in Wellness were diligent with her care as were the aides in seeing that she was well dressed, complete with earring and bracelets. The dining and wait staff paid particular attention to preparing her meals. She was also included in many recreational activities.
