Community Reviews
Flexible with prices
reviewed on: 07/09/2013 by Satisfied CustomerSpring Village was a very nice community with really friendly staff. They offer a wide variety of activities to keep the resident that wish to participate busy. It provides a very home like feeling and was not as expensive as other communities. They were really flexible when it came to the price and really helped us make it happen.
It Has Been A Good Experience
reviewed on: 10/10/2016 by AnonymousThe care provided is going very well for my brother-in-law. The community is a clean facility. The staff are nice people and my sister is happy with everything and my brother-in-law is happy.
Very costly for services provided.
reviewed on: 07/22/2019 by BethThe folks are very kind however communication is lacking between shifts. The family is asked to provide more and more care as your loved one declines. If Dad wasn’t in hospice care, I don’t know what we would have done. Not enough aides thru evening/night shifts. We had to pay extra to hire companions. His first year’s bill was over $80,000.
Would recommend for assisted living.
reviewed on: 07/06/2021 by anonymousI was never allowed inside to visit during Covid, but I was able to have window visits outside with the window open about 4 inches. The limited areas I was able to go inside didn't have any kind of nursing home smell. Everyone seemed engaged with the activities going on, and they seemed happy. I talked to other people who had loved ones there, and they raved about it. My loved one never talked much about the care he received, but I could see that they kept him clean, and he was well-fed. The place itself was nice enough and looked like it was a good place. Not being able to be there hands-on, it's hard to assess fully. I would recommend it for somebody with minor medical problems. The staff were very caring and did the best they could. It was just hard for me not to be hands-on and be there with my loved one. But I think restrictions around visiting are changing and lifting now.
Pleased with the service
reviewed on: 03/27/2014 by Loved oneWe used this company briefly for some respite care for my loved one. They did a good job, and I was very pleased with their service. My children who visited the place often while I was on my trip said they did an excellent job.
