A Warm, Caring, Friendly, Beautiful Place
reviewed on: 12/27/2014 by A Happy DaughterBrightview Greentree was by far the most caring, friendly, beautiful and nurturing place we visited during our search process and my mom is very happy there. She has found wonderful new friends that she lingers with over dinner because they have so much fun talking. She is in a large studio apartment in Assisted Living now (because she had a broken foot when she entered) and she is currently on the waiting list to move into a 1-bedroom Independent LIving apartment. The entire staff, from the delightful Senior Director to the daily support staff, are warm, friendly and caring, and always eager to do whatever they can to help. They set up a family dinner, a welcome dinner with an "ambassador" resident, and other entrance activities that removed much of the stress of a big move like this. They are quick to contact me whenever there is a concern about my mom's health and they are quick to respond to any special requests. We couldn't be happier with this new home for my mom!

We love our apartment, it is on the first floor and we have a little dog . All the people are really nice too.

I was able to get a last-minute orthopedic appointment; however, I needed to fit it in with my work schedule. I called Brightview to have my mom (who needed help since she is moving very slowly and her arm is in a sling) dressed and ready in the lobby so that I could just pick her up and get to the appointment on time. Marianne at the front desk arranged everything so timely. I could never have done all of it myself and be on time for the appointment. Thank you so much Marianne!! I appreciate all that you did!
