Community Reviews
Bristal East Meadow- great value, care and service
reviewed on: 08/14/2020 by AnonymousWe chose this community because of the availability, cost and location. The food is good, they have a diverse menu. The room sizes are very appropriate and comfortable. Our favorite part about this facility is the peace of mind that we get. They have a confident staff and it is safe and clean. They are also very good with communication and reach out when needed. I would recommend Bristal At East Meadow to a friend or family member.
Friendly Tour
reviewed on: 02/28/2017 by AnonymousWe toured this community for my father in law. Our tour went well, this is a nice community. The staff was kind, friendly. My questions were answered. It was a good experience, and everything went well. Unfortunately the location wasn't what my father in law wanted to be.
Top notch
reviewed on: 03/03/2019 by LisaI have toured many assisted living before deciding to place my family member here. I am so pleased with the decision! You can tell the management truly cares about us and it stems off into all the other workers. Natasha went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and I would recommend this place to anyone looking!
Brief experience, but a good one
reviewed on: 04/24/2015 by AnonymousOur experience with The Bristal was only a brief one, but overall I was impressed by the service they provided. The facility itself is well kept and clean, and the staff we worked with were all very friendly. Although things did not work out in the long term I felt that their introductory process here was great, they put a lot of effort into making sure new residents and their families feel comfortable and well informed.
The Bristal was great.
reviewed on: 08/21/2015 by AnonymousThe Bristal was great. The people were very nice and they worked well with us. It wasn't what our loved one wanted, so we don't have extensive experience, but from the interaction we did have. It's a place I would recommend to others.
