The Bristal review
reviewed on: 12/19/2017 by Gabriela ThormanMy mom has been in the Bristal of Massapequa for 5 1/2 years.....I can't believe how fast the time has gone by....but I am so happy that she is @ the Bristal and thriving!! The staff can't do enough for the residents and they know each resident & family member by name....They have helped her to maintain some of her independence and for that & for their love and support, I am very grateful. As I have said before, I can't give her the life she had before with my dad, but this is the best life that I can give her now....thanks to The Bristal and its wonderful staff.

Father is Still Adjusting. but Overall a Good Community for Him
reviewed on: 04/04/2017 by AnonymousMy father is still adjusting to this community, but I do feel he is in a very safe community. It has been a transition for the family with my father's move to this community. We do know he is in good hands, and receiving good care. They have a good staff. The director is very good. They are very responsive, and great with their communication. They have a lot of resources available for the residents. This is a community I would recommend, it is working out well for my family.
