Community Reviews
Very Accommodating in All Ways
reviewed on: 08/28/2017 by Rice CassidyWe had to move my mom in a short period of time, at the time she was being discharged from rehab. The family and I read reviews about the facility and they were 3-4 bad reviews about them. I had no choice but to use them for my mom's care. The owner even accommodated the rates, we were prorated since it was not a full month and she was accommodating the move with in 3 days, 2 weekends included. The van came to pick her up and when my mom got there she says it was so beautiful with the trees. There was also a picnic table with an umbrella outside. That was a community smoking area. Inside there is a sign that has a time to get a cigarette if it is needed. It is cute, they are thinking about the residents happiness, wants and needs. The resident and staff are all nice and it is a fantastic community and it is not a dump. Everyone was so accommodating and helpful, they really took good care of her by keeping her calm and happy. They accommodated her with getting physical therapy. There were some good and bad meals. She loved their home cooked meals and did not enjoy a mystery bologna sandwich. I could not have been more please when I picked her up. it was my first time here and I would use the community again if my mom needed it, they helped her improve. She would have been perfectly fine here and my mom was happy with the experience. I highly recommend the community.
