Community Reviews
Very Friendly
reviewed on: 08/20/2018 by Polly DukeEveryone at the Oaks was very friendly, and welcoming. My grandmother feels right at home there. It make the transition so much easier.
a home for a friend
reviewed on: 09/16/2020 by AnonymousWe chose The Oaks of Alamance because it looked like a nice facility, also it was close to my house and I was accessible and didn't have to run all over town to go see her on a daily basis. The room she had, if she had a roommate it would have been too small, but it was private so it was big enough for her. I was there for some of her meals, and it looked really good. I would recommend this community.
People didn't seem happy there
reviewed on: 10/18/2013 by DaughterWhen I walked into Oaks it was really nice and my mom, sister and I toured it and looked at everything. As a matter of fact, I work right next to the Oaks, but when I walked in there, and it was really early on, we looked and talked to some of the people and they just didn't seem very happy.
Overall It Seems to Be a Good Place

Not recommended
reviewed on: 08/07/2018 by TarheelIn my opinion, the administrator and supervisors functioned unprofessionally. The staff turnover rate was substantially high. Doctors' orders were not followed. Although the price was fair, a big price was paid for the lack of quality care.
