Community Reviews
Friendly staff
reviewed on: 09/24/2021 by anonymousOur families experience was for only about two weeks before our loved one pased, but the staff members we encountered were very friendly. The location of the community is probably our number one factor for choosing this community. Unfortunately, our loved one was not able to participate in any activities because he had to quarantine in his room for his stay.
Not what I was looking for...
reviewed on: 07/20/2017 by AnonymousBoth Lighthouse Village and Heritage Care of Richlands are owned by the same people if I remember correctly. Both places are scary, I would not consider putting my relatives in any one of those places, they are not suitable for what we needed.
Excellent Place to live
reviewed on: 05/20/2020 by Joe TraumerThey really care about their residents. They even go shopping for residents when they can't go out for themselves. They are are very caring peolpe. Outdoor space is pretty good. The food is good and they take requests. The rooms are good size.
