Community Reviews
COVID Free, They're My Heros
reviewed on: 10/07/2020 by LisaFor what we get, I'm not happy with the community not following my directions. I'm not getting any follow up or updates as well. They recently raised the prices. Due to this change, I will be moving my loved one out of this community. They try to care for my loved one, but I feel they don't try to encourage my loved one enough. The community overall is good and I am pleased. They have kept COVID out of the community with staff and residents.
Very happy with our decision so far.
reviewed on: 10/09/2020 by AnonymousWe have been very happy with this community so far, the exterior appearance of this facility is very attractive. With COVID we have not been able to go inside and see the interior, but we were able to see it through virtual videos and the living spaces seem to be quite nice and adequate. The food is pretty good and they offer a variety of food for the residents to choose from.
Beware and be cautious with your loved one
reviewed on: 01/20/2021 by Lisa LyonsI would want others to know that in the very beginning I had always told them I wanted them to stay in touch with me on a weekly basis letting me know how my dad is doing. I never got any of that. He refused assistance with a shower and they never did any body or skin checks. If it weren't me for insisting on going in, they would have never seen some of these things. His hygiene has taken a big hit since he has been in here. I took him to the dermatologist and it was a full body check and they did not put underwear on him before. They do have fun activities going on but when he says no they do not encourage him to participate. The value for the money is not here. Overall, I am not pleased with our experience.
I Enjoyed Our Time In This Community
reviewed on: 08/09/2017 by AnonymousI really did like this community, but unfortunately my wife ended up needing more care than they were able to provide. It is a nice facility to live, and everyone is very kind. It is a good community for someone that don't require much care. We did enjoy our time in this community.
What dad needed
reviewed on: 10/07/2013 by DaughterIt's okay so far, I felt like dad was having problems at home going out the door, it was beginning to be an issue, he was determined to go out the door and there was a highway right there so we had to put him in a lock down facility. The only thing we've had difficulty with is he was rolling off of their beds so we had to get a hospital bed. Their staff is very friendly, they do activities in the front, the have a dance night or some kind of thing, he'll sit down and pat his leg to the beat of the music. They got him doing coloring, just doing what he can do and I like the value of it and I like the way with the lock down area you have to have a code to get in.
