Community Reviews
I would reccommend this rehab.
reviewed on: 01/09/2014 by Rehab ResidentI would reccommend this rehab. I have used it before, and now again. The food was horrible but they got a new chef and it's much better now. Their staff is excellent. Several of the staff have been here many years. One of the aides have been here 23 years, if you can keep the employees happy that long it is a good thing.
Professional Review
reviewed on: 07/31/2018 by AnonymousPebble Creek has been a wonderful asset to the community offering skilled nursing and rehab services. Their social workers are attentive and effectively communicate needs. They set their goals high for patients, but also work hard to ensure their patients goals are met or exceeded. The team works well together to ensure the common goal is met. From the administrator, to the social workers and care staff - this team displays a positive attitude and I can trust their opinion 100%. I would not hesitate to take my loved one there. This is one of the best rehab facilities in NE Ohio.
Nice place, Nice people....
reviewed on: 06/12/2020 by Sherry MillerIn 2019 my 93 yr. old mother had a couple of weeks worth of stay at PC and I visited her everyday. I have no complaints as the place seemed to run very smoothly. It was a lovely place and most of the patients seemed content. I spent upwards to half a day with mom each day watching....
Some good, mostly bad
reviewed on: 08/25/2018 by Family memberMy experience is from having a relative there, who also has been in other nursing homes. There are some good things, but, a lot of negatives. On the plus side, the therapists do a good job and go out of their way to help. There are some aides and nurses who do care about their patients and are very helpful. They do seem to have a decent amount of activities in house for the residents for those who are able to participate. They try to keep the place clean too. On the negative side, some rooms are way too cramped for two patients. Often time, food and beverages are not hot and meals aren't diabetic friendly. Some rooms have physical damage that need repaired. Some staff are rude and not compassionate and some aides are to rough when handling the patient. Staff seems overworked and there is not enough staff per resident, which seems to be the norm at nursing homes. There is also lack in personal care. One bath a week, no dental or nail care if the patient can't do it.
