Love and Care
reviewed on: 12/07/2015 by AnonymousMy wife was there and I visited her every day. The staff was wonderful. She was always treated with loving care, which gave me piece of mind that I had done the right thing by taking her to Carriage Court. I will always be thankful for the kindness and love shown to my wife and myself. I made friends with some of the residents that still live there and love to visit them. I highly recommend this place.
Liked meeting with staff and touring....

Transitions
reviewed on: 03/01/2020 by TMy mother is in her late 90's and has been at Carriage Court for years. I so appreciate the compassionate staff who have helped mom and our family transition through various stages of adjustment and adaptation. Leaving her home of 65 years was not easy, but the one bedroom at Carriage Court has allowed her to be surrounded by her own furniture and favorite artwork. Her room is bright and welcoming. Her visitors are always greeted with hospitality and empathetic compassion for mom's kind spirit. As with any facility there have been many changes over the years, growth, promotions, saying goodbye to favorite caregivers. Tyler Brown has been there to support communications between management and the caregivers during daily changes in routine. The nurses are kind and compassionate, persevering through the day to day challenges to greet and care for mom with a smile. I so appreciate Tyler's most recent support, as mom transitions to needing an adjustable hospital bed. Glen and Amy in Housekeeping helped tremendously in supporting me to prepare her room for transition to Hospice care.
Our Number One choice!
reviewed on: 12/12/2014 by John Royer and Cate Royer SchubertMy sister and I checked out 12 different assisted living places and then went back several times to 6 of them. We found Carriage Court to be our first choice. Our adviser was fantastic, convincing us that they really wanted our father to be a member of their community. We moved my father's things into his room there, but before we could move him, he suffered a fall and was never able to live there. Even though he wasn't there and was in a hospital in another city, they let us know that he was still part of their community, and were available to help us in any way possible. This was a huge help to us and provided peace of mind that we weren't alone. I just wish my father could have lived at Carriage Court and enjoyed the community!
A very good experience!
reviewed on: 03/14/2017 by AnonymousMy aunt really enjoyed her stay at the Carriage Court. Before she moved there, she always talked about how much she wanted to go home and once she moved to this community, she never brought it up again. Kelly, along with the other staff were amazing. Kelly really came through for us. They really went above and beyond.
