Review of Hyde Park Health Center
reviewed on: 09/17/2020 by Charles YorkThe management took care of any issues I encountered. When I entered Hyde Park Health Center I was instructed on what I would expect and what to do if I did not receive the care I felt I should get. The therapy department was so good. They helped me regain my independence.

Great care, terrible food.
reviewed on: 01/16/2017 by AnonymousThe care is great! The food has a lot to be desired. My mother is a resident there and is a very picky eater. Many times she will not eat her meals. My sister has been to visit her during many meal times (especially dinner) and she says the dinners are horrible and always cold. So this is the biggest issue. Also, the floor my Mother is on is a little dark and depressing. But, as I mentioned the care is great, and my Mother seems to be very happy there so that is the most important thing.

reviewed on: 10/13/2020 by Erma SandersI only get to visit HPHC a couple of times this year. The facility is clean. The staff are personable and engaging. [name removed] kept informed of my mother's condition. My mother has had many personal items go missing. They have been either stolen (clothes, money) or discarded (dentures). That is the only thing that keeps HPHC from being great.
