reviewed on: 01/15/2019 by chris B BeckersWell, my mother has a list of complaints. starting with the refridgerator was broken, and a hole in the inside of the door. She is concerned about the in unit furnace, she says it is very noisy and may have a problem. She has told them several times about it and has had no resolution. She is in need of a toilet that is higher off the ground. She has a very hard time getting off of it. Agian she has told them about it and no solution.
Some Issues, but Nice Place
reviewed on: 11/28/2017 by AnonymousOverall, East Park is a nice place. There have been some maintenance issues that have yet to be fixed like the sliding door in my loved one's room has not been fixed since she moved in, and it's the same with the hot water. Otherwise, things are good. The staff is responsive and helpful, and they are working on getting her a walker with a seat on it to help her be more mobile.
Mom is doing well in rehab at East Park!!
reviewed on: 08/10/2016 by AnonymousThis community is clean and I would recommend it. They are able to help by providing my mom with the special diet she needs. They offer daily activities. The staff are friendly and there is good communication with them.
evil place
reviewed on: 06/23/2020 by DotI moved my mother out of East Park after three years there, she had bruises all over her body and sores on her butt and feet that East Park said was healed the week we left..., they lied. I moved her to another Nursing home and she was covered in bruises. She had been dehydrated also. My mother had dementia, and East Park helped make her combative with too many drugs and untrained staff. Staff that did not know how to deal with Dementia at all. I warn you, beware. Save your loved one, don't go near that evil place.
