Mixed experience
reviewed on: 04/13/2015 by AnonymousWe've had somewhat of a mixed experience with Emeritus at Chestnut Hill. Things started off a bit rocky. Response times to the call button were slow, and my loved one was not getting the care that she needed. However, after speaking with them and letting them know my concerns things have started to show improvement, so they are willing to work with you. I am hoping things will continue to improve.

We are very comfortable with the care she is being provided with at this community. The staff is very caring, and they are always encouraging her. She has improved, and she says she is happy, and comfortable here. She gets her hair and nails done at the community. We absolutely love this community. I know she being cared for very well, and I would recommend this community.

The staff has always been friendly and kind. The community is nice well cleaned and maintained. The food is fine good portions and tastes good. They offer quite a few amenities.
