Very clean, and a very friendly staff!
reviewed on: 03/14/2014 by M BThe staff here are very friendly, and do a great job of making sure everyone is looking after well and that the facility is nice looking and clean. One area I would like to see them improve, however, is their response time to the in-room call buttons. It is usually fine, but there have been instances where the response time was VERY slow.
Mom Could Use More Motivation
reviewed on: 09/08/2016 by AnonymousSo far the transition has been okay. I believe there needs to be more supervision in the dining room so my mom won't feel unwelcome. The staff accommodate her by bringing her meals to her. I also feel they do not have enough staff to meet all the needs but they are doing their very best. My mom is safe and activities are available. I also wish they could get her to try activities or get her to try other outings.

reviewed on: 01/31/2017 by AnonymousRight now I am upset with them because everyone is in quarantine again. The staff has been fair other than that. The problem is that they have such a high turnover rate. Some staff is excellent and others are not. Mom's room is always clean. The food needs to have more flavor and more variety. Mom does like playing Bingo and going to church. She also would like to get into the exercise classes.
Things are going fairly well here.

It's just been 3 weeks . . .
reviewed on: 09/10/2016 by K FalkJill Kernan, was very helpful in showing us the place to see if it would meet my mother-in-law's needs. Place is clean and well- kept Staff seems warm and engaging with patients in Memory Care. We could have used a staff member to oversee her settling in and advising us of details like who to call with this or that question. Bottom line is Mom's content there with biggest complaint being her food is usually served cold--that unit's food is carted in from main kitchen so I'm not sure if this could be improved.
