Community Reviews
Definitely a place to consider
reviewed on: 11/16/2020 by AnonymousMy experience was just before COVID. We chose Otterbein Retirement Living because of the value and what they had to offer in terms of activities. The apartment sizes here seem to be adequate. Overall, my brother likes a lot of the food, but there are some meals that he doesn't like. I would want others to know that they have a variety of levels of quality in terms of apartments. If you have more money, you are able to get a newer, nicer place. My brother moved into one of the older apartments but they were still fixed up very nice. I would definitely recommend.
happy place
reviewed on: 10/26/2015 by AnonymousThey have a patio home and they come in and clean their home. Haven't had any complaints regarding that. They seem to be very happy here. Everything was fine until last week, when they were provided with a golf cart to move around. Anyone that has a patio home will get a golf cart to move around. It did not want to stop when they were in it. Other than that, no complaints.
Rough start, but things are going well now
reviewed on: 08/07/2019 by AnonymousOur move in was not without problems. Our storage area was filled with bins we have no idea who they belonged to. However we were allowed to move them to another area so that we could use ours. Our guest room (where we stayed the first night) smelled very strongly of "dog". The previous guests evidently had a pet there and the cleaning people did not clean properly. It took forever to get someone to respond to our issues. 1. Additional shelves for storage, 2. light bulbs that were burnt out. Since we've been here almost three months now, things have smoothed out and we have resolved all of our issues.
Great place with great care
reviewed on: 06/04/2019 by Cheryl GillCame in for a broken leg rehab. Got great help and the upmost respect.Everyone helped me to recover in a friendly atmosphere. The nurses and help know what is happening. Rehab people were kind and help me get back to moving around better than I was before. Thank you Otterbein Senior Life of Lebanon for a job well done
Beautiful Apartment Living for My Mom
