reviewed on: 04/12/2021 by Charles KThe staff members at The Enclave are very friendly, and we just really like the community. Our loved one says the food is good and they are feeding her plenty. The activities were limited but now they are bringing them back. They play bingo, go outside to garden and bring in live entertainment. They also used to only allow visitation in the dining hall, now they are allowing guest to go to their rooms.
I didn't like that the rooms were just one big room.

Taking Good Care of My Mother and Her Needs

They have a friendly staff, and they are taking good care of her and her needs. They do a good job with keeping the community nice and clean. She is getting involved in the community, and that is nice to see. Overall a has been a good experience and I would recommend it.

reviewed on: 10/05/2021 by anonymousThis community was really nice, we went with another community because this felt more like assisted living as to independent living. The residents were not as active also, and we were looking for something more social and active for my loved one.

reviewed on: 11/19/2020 by PeggyDue to Covid restrictions, we can't get in to really see what's going on all the time. But my sister has been there for 8 months and she seems to be getting excellent care. The director of the Memory Care Unit, Kathy, is positively wonderful. She is always cheerful and so kind to my sister. And the nurses that bring her down and pick her up are always so kind, as well. I am sure it is not an easy job to stay patient and smiling all the time, but everyone manages to do that. I give the credit for that to Kathy, as well. She treats my sister like a dear friend. Also, my sister raves about the food. The pictures look delicious! We have not seen her room, since she was admitted after the Covid lockdown, but the rooms we saw ahead of time were very nice. All in all, we are so pleased with everything at the Enclave. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for great care.
