My dad is settling well
reviewed on: 01/09/2018 by AnonymousMy dad has a nice studio in the assisted living. The staff is great and they are doing everything I've asked them to do for my dad. We have the dressing and undressing service so they were quick to learn dad's routine of when he got up and went to bed. The food service is really good and the manager of the kitchen met with us when we moved in and told us if dad didn't want to go down to the dining room he could call and get his food delivered to the room or if he wanted something not at meal time he would get that as well. They come in weekly to clean and if we need any additional cleaning to just call them. He enjoys the daily activities and when the weather is better they have 2 seperate patios he will love. I would recommend this community.

reviewed on: 02/18/2021 by anonymousWhen they first moved in the facility was about a 4 but it has declined since they have been there. I do think they are overpriced, especially for the size of the room she is in, it is very small.
Terrible place
reviewed on: 04/18/2019 by Disappointed in quail ridge integrityQuail ridge on the surface appears to cover every amenity. However when my dad’s health condition declined they failed to inform me that it was more than they were qualified to handle instead they tried to retain him for the extra month rent after a tesident’s passing that their contract locks tenants into. The nursing home I moved him to offered a refund for the remainder of the month we had paid after his passing. Quail Ridge is still seeking payment for the month after we did an emergency move for my father.
