Pretty Good
reviewed on: 07/18/2017 by Family MemberWe have since moved on, but had a pretty good experience with Heritage House.
Highly recommend Heritage House
reviewed on: 01/29/2020 by Margaret J.Excellent service. I was treated like royalty when I first arrived to the time I left. I was at Heritage House after my knee surgery and received remarkable orthopedic therapy. The food was absolutely delicious. I didn't want to leave. I highly recommend Heritage House.
Friendly and caring place
reviewed on: 05/29/2016 by AnonymousOur parents moved into Heritage House this spring. The level of care included in the basic package is higher than in other places we visited. This is a very friendly and caring place. We are impressed by the respect shown to the residents, and also with keeping the family informed of any issues or concerns. Appreciative daughters
Elevator problems
reviewed on: 02/12/2017 by Pam NelsonOverall my experience there after surgery was positive. There is one thing that really bothers me is the safety of the elevator. Every time I stepped into the elevator I was always worried that the dropping of the elevator could effect my recent spinal surgery.
