My review of Oak Lane
reviewed on: 11/22/2021 by anonymousBefore Covid I really liked this community. Now the new people that have taken over don't make me as happy. They are a little less caring and pushy on certain stuff. A lot of new people to get used to now.
A home for dad.
reviewed on: 02/28/2014 by DorieWalking into Oak Lane is like visiting family. You are greeted with hugs and smiles. The community smells clean, and you usually smell fresh baking from the kitchen. The activities program is the best I've ever seen with a variety of things to do at all times. The care staff have been at there for a long time and know their residents and families well. You couldn't ask for a better home-like setting. My father lived at Oaklane for six wonderful years and their team gave me the greatest gift...Peace of Mind and quality time with my father. Thank you Oak Lane

This community was OK
reviewed on: 11/15/2017 by AnonymousMy father-in-law was here for about 3 weeks and there is room for improvement. He was on the independant living side. We felt he was safer to be there than at home. The food was OK he was at the point where he wasn't eating and just had them bring him the food and there was an extra charge for that to happen. The day he passed my daughter was there and she pulled the cord for help and no one came so she went looking for help. I would recommend this place to friends or family.
