not getting her prescribed medication on time
reviewed on: 09/26/2015 by AnonymousAt Powell Valley Assisted Living & Memory Care the main problems she had was not getting her prescribed medication on time. The medication made her feel better and they were supposed to be in her room at 8 am and they were not getting there till 10:30 am. The situation did improve after talking to a staff member.
A nice tour
reviewed on: 01/17/2017 by AnonymousThis community was second on our list. The staff we met were nice and the community was clean. They did offer activities for the residents. This community was just a little higher priced than what we were looking for.
It's been very positive..
reviewed on: 07/01/2015 by AnonymousIt's been very positive. I think it has been really good. The hard part has been my mothers transition. There is a lack of activities. There's not enough for my mother to do. There is an exercise group that she participates in. She's not into bingo and things like that. I think it would be nice if they had book readings and outdoor activities. The people have been absolutely wonderful. I would recommend this place.
Loved this one. The only 2 drawbacks ...
reviewed on: 12/22/2012 by A Place For Mom CustomerLoved this one. The only 2 drawbacks were the studio was extremely small (the smallest I've seen yet) and it's a little farther out than I'd like.
Nice Community!!
reviewed on: 08/22/2016 by AnonymousI really enjoyed the lunch the community offered us when we went on our tour. They had a great menu full of many options. The staff was very nice and helped answer our questions. There was no odor to the community. One of the things i wasn't very happy with was the size of the rooms they were very small.
