Disappointing experience
reviewed on: 08/24/2020 by AnonymousI chose the community out of desperation because of immediate availability but it was not a good experience. The caregivers that were steady were excellent but the new and constant rolling over staff were not so good and didn't last long. The food started off good and then changed and declined. i would not recommend this community to other families. I had to be there all the time to stay of top of things for her and make sure she got the care she needed.

reviewed on: 05/19/2017 by Candy WilsonI placed my disabled father here in 2011. Rosewood gives excellent care. All the care aids, med aids do their best work. The nurses and staff are caring, hard working people. My father enjoyed the staff. My father passed 3/18/17. I must point out the incredible level of care my father received in his final weeks and especially days. There is no way I could have provided that level of care for him myself. Rosewood went above and beyond. For this I will forever be eternally grateful. Don't hesitate to place your loved one here. Rosewood is top notch!

Everyone was interactive with each other. The tour guide was knowledgeable and explained everything fairly detailed. The community is up-kept and meals are offered.
