Seemed like a nice place!
reviewed on: 07/22/2015 by AnonymousI toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. The facility was well kept and clean, and all of the staff I met seemed friendly and professional. We ended up selecting another community, but this is somewhere I would have considered as an option for my loved one.
Very nice setting
reviewed on: 11/06/2017 by AnonymousI chose this location for my mother because it is very close to my brother and I and the area has very nice outdoor scenery. It has a very nice setting with trees and a walking path. The staff team is knowledgeable and accommodating. They offer activities inside the complex like tai chi, brain teasers, and movies in their onsite theater once a week. Shuttles run daily to certain places such as stores, dry cleaners, and Tuesday – Thursday they can bring you to your doctor’s appointment within a 15mi radius; all this being complimentary. They do keep the place very clean as well. I know that they do the tenants’ laundry once a week, but I’m not sure how often they take out the trash. However, I never seen the trash bags overfilled so they are on top of it. The food that they serve there is pretty good, but not excellent. They could use more spices to make it more flavorful, but it is a senior living space so many may like their food bland. They change the menu monthly with salads, protein, and they don’t give their residents an overabundance of food at one time. All in all I would definitely recommend this place.
