Community Reviews
They have been really good so far.
reviewed on: 07/22/2015 by AnonymousThey have been really good so far. I really like everybody's attitudes. They aren't patronizing, a lot of places I went to the staff were patronizing to the residents. The food is pretty good, I think they have a pretty good menu, and it feels kind of like a restaurant. They have a pub in there too, and they do some pretty good activities. I enjoy going there it has a very nice feeling. There was one thing they were a little slow on, and that was putting a screen on her porch, it took a couple of weeks.
Modern feel!
reviewed on: 03/20/2017 by AnonymousThe Springs was a very nice community, very modern. The restaurant had a good feel to it, it was not like a cafeteria. The facility did not have a pool and the big thing was location. It was not close to any shops or restaurants. Other than that it was a nice place, but it was not what we were looking for.
Great Care for mom
reviewed on: 01/10/2017 by Anonymousstaff is really nice and very caring. She likes the menu. She likes the activities when she wants to participate. We would recommend the care here for other families. The memory care unit is wonderful.
Lots of activities
reviewed on: 10/31/2013 by DaughterThe cleanliness is great and if we have any questions or any problems they go and take care of it like, right now. Considering it's a low ration the quality is quite good. Things slip through the cracks sometimes like someone from another house volunteers to come and do laundry and they'll deliver it to the wrong room or the hearing aid batter goes dead and they don't know until the next day but that's because my mom doesn't know enough to tell them it's dead. The activities are on going, this last week of the calendar is on my wall [removed] they watched game shows after break, morning snack, trivia game, a walking club, exercise of music-depending on where they are- there's something everyday. They take them on scenic tours on the bus and they have, from 7-8 in the evening, they watch jeopardy or wheel of fortune
A good option....
reviewed on: 05/15/2017 by AnonymousThe Springs at Clackamas Woods was one of the communities that we toured. We had a good tour, the lady that took us around was friendly and informative. The facility itself was very clean and in good shape, but we found another place that for my loved one's needs a little better.
