The best caring and loving place for my parents
reviewed on: 12/19/2016 by knevelWe looked at many assisted living for parents. We asked other places what they thought about every one on my list. We interviewed employees and clients to ask why they liked Raleigh Hills. This place is very clean, smells good, food is good, people are happy. Employees are very caring with clients. Raleigh Hills is a private company which means the owners care about their business and not their pocket book like other places in the area. The plus is there is plenty to do for my parents, Raleigh Hills will take them to the doctor appointments. Plus they have a great memory care unit. We did a lot of research to find the right fit for my European born parents. I rate this place 10 plus.

reviewed on: 07/29/2013 by AnonymousThey seemed really homey, a smaller community and the food was tasty when we visited. My complaint is that my dad moved in on a Friday and there was no transition - no one was there to help facilitate his move. I had to give him his insulin shot myself. The medication room is not set up very well. They've misplaced some of his medications. They only have one elevator and it's painfully slow. The actual staff treat my father well but there seems to be a hiccup in the management side of it. I think that they do an okay job with the activities. I don't know that my father's taking advantage of it just yet, but they do try to get residents out and about.
My Thought Of The Tour

A great community
reviewed on: 06/18/2020 by Linda McCullochThe care there was really great. I can't think of anything that i didn't like about it. The food was wonderful with variety. The building was nice, I just didn't enjoy the elevator. The caregivers was very nice , caring and friendly. The staff really listened. They offered meetings to discuss my husband and everything we need know.
