Mom is Home
reviewed on: 10/23/2017 by AnonymousI am so very happy my family and I chose this community for my mom we all felt an at ease feeling you know that gut feeling, and the know that she would be safe here and well taken care of and they live up to the reviews. The caregivers are amazing and everyone is so gracious. The employees are always happy and smiling you can truly tell they are loving their jobs. Its always clean and never smells. Mom has a kitchenette so will bring snacks for her and my dad we visit daily, but they bake fresh bread daily! She has enjoyed going to the exercise classes. The grounds are nice and kept up. I would 100% recommend this to anyone.
Nice, But Too Big
reviewed on: 10/27/2017 by AnonymousI toured The Woods at Willow Creek while looking at options for my mother. While the community itself was nice, I thought it was too big for her, and I worried that she might get lost. Instead, I shoes a smaller, more intimate community.
Low crime area
reviewed on: 11/14/2017 by AnonymousThis seemed like a really nice facility. The only thing I didn’t like is it seemed to be too big of a facility and there were just too many people. It felt like my Mother would have gotten lost in the shuffle of things. From what we got to see looked pretty good. I like that it was tucked back away in a place with very low crime. It’s on a dead end street surrounded by a bunch of trees. It just seemed like the staff wasn’t really receptive. They were there, but they didn’t seem to have the staff or time to show us around. I would recommend this facility.
A pleasant place to visit!!
reviewed on: 07/01/2016 by AnonymousThe staff at The Woods are very expert at what they do and are very good at communication. I have not tried the food but they do offer different choices. Mom participates in the painting and singalongs. This community is a really nice environment in a beautiful setting. I would recommend this community to family and friends. I also recommend A Place for Mom website.
