Community Reviews
Nice place
reviewed on: 09/05/2017 by AnonymousThe staff have been great so far. They are watchful and my loved one is receiving fairly good care. They do offer a lot of activities for the residents. We got a comfortable feeling when we toured this community. I would recommend taking a look at this community to see if it would work for your loved one.
Review of Cherry Park Plaza
reviewed on: 10/15/2019 by Marlene A. NobleIt was necessary that I be at Cherry Park in memory care to be with my husband where health was critical and also had to be in memory care. Needless to say it was difficult and a physical, emotional and mental challenge. The staff went above and beyond to help and support us and our family. After his passing I never considered another place.
Good fit for my mom
reviewed on: 08/19/2020 by AnonymousWe had a good experience there. They only negative was that towards the end of her life, they had very limited care options available to her when she needed more care. We chose this community because of the location being close to our family and my mom really liked the layout of her apartment. I would absolutely recommend this community to other families.
Nice staff
reviewed on: 12/31/2015 by AnonymousSo far everything is fine. I got my computer Saturday after waiting and I had to wait on my cable, but that was the cable provider's fault not the facility's. The staff has been very nice and accommodating.
Does Not Accept Medicaid
reviewed on: 11/05/2013 by DaughterI like that one. It was a brand new facility but they didn't accept Medicaid. Other than that I liked it a lot. I would have picked that one but Medicaid was pretty high on our priorities. I guess the were building memory care in the next year or two.
