Very friendly, caring staff!
reviewed on: 11/17/2014 by AnonymousSo far our experience with The Chelsea has been a good one! It's a nice looking, clean community, and eveyrone here has been very friendly! I've been particularly impressed by the aide staff. They're very caring and calm, and they never get irritated or raise their voices, they treat the residents with dignity. I also appreciate that they remain in constant contact with the families regarding care decisions and anything else that comes up.

reviewed on: 10/01/2016 by Cheryl PenroseThe staff at The Chelsea are so friendly and caring and bend over backwards to make my mom, Katherine Costa, feel comfortable and at home, especially Lisa Welch and Michele Adams & Patricia, the Activities Director. Lisa made sure my mom was at a table for her meals, where the residents were more sociable and outgoing, as my mom is rather shy at first, but then does feel more comfortable, as she gets to know others.

Good community but pricey

He is a finicky eater and he appreciates that they offer an alternative menu. They could improve their prices, it is rather expensive. They do offer significant discounts and coupons on various things in the Clipper Magazine. We did not know this upon moving in and other families informed us.
