Great Care of Time of Need
reviewed on: 09/22/2020 by AnonymousThe dining room is clean. If you need to place your loved one in a place, this is worth the money. My loved one is in a private room, the staff take care of the meals, my loved's one laundry, and medication. They staff has been great at communicating with me with any updates on my loved one.
Elderly Relative on Fixed Income
reviewed on: 09/11/2015 by Kathy JonesHome furnishings could be updated. They need a billing system. I need bill statement for elderly Mothers care every month. Haven't gotten one yet. They do have beautician however no dryer chair. All elderly I know need this chair for drying hair and perms. Minor but I expected. Have daily activities but since they are in country have no access to go other places as group...for those that can move around. I guess I expected more. They seem to be adequately staffed not the friendliest but will answer your needs. I cannot check every day because this home is 2 hours away from me. No homes in my immediate area had beds. That bothers me but she had to be placed ASAP. My sister and I did all the leg work. Social Worker was not familiar with anything outside her 10 mile radius. There is always the $ factor. If u have $10,000 a month it's a breeze. If u have less than $3,000 a month....good luck!
Not Happy.
reviewed on: 11/13/2017 by Bryan CoxI believe they do not represent there location well, very few staff on duty and very poor care . I would advise to find a different location if you want your loved one treated like they were at home.
They could have done a lot better
reviewed on: 07/01/2021 by anonymousThey told me that they had not had covid in the facility and that was not true. He ended up getting covid. Promises were made but they were not carried through and communication between staff did not seem to be good and they were not following proper protocols. It was a very sad situation all around and we did not have the best experience.
