Community Reviews
Looked great during our tour
reviewed on: 01/06/2014 by Loved oneThis was one of the locations we looked at when looking for our loved one. I had actually had some experience with community when I was much younger, one of my relatives had been here. From what I could see it looks like they've really improved a great deal, the facility looked great. The rooms were beautiful, and the staff were all very friendly and attentive. This was one of our top choices.
Smooth transition
reviewed on: 04/07/2021 by SusanIt was very difficult decision on where to send our Father for care. From my first call to country Meadows, the love and patience that were shown to us, I knew it was a first rate community in the area. Allison in marketing walked us though the admittance process and helped us with everything to assure a quick and smooth transition. [name removed], and the entire staff, made our loved one feel welcome and comfortable immediately. It hasn’t felt at all like the difficult transition, in fact it is as if our loved one was welcomed into a loving family that we have known forever. The entire nursing staff has been loving and patient and responsive to our Father’s every need. I can’t recommend this community enough!
It's nice and it's big.
reviewed on: 04/16/2015 by AnonymousIt's nice and it's big. But when I call I get an answering machine, and they just never get back to me. The communication is tough. The greatest thing was when he got there he had a friend right off the bat, almost like they had set it up for him.
Compassionate and professional
reviewed on: 03/13/2020 by AnonymousThe past 60 days has been an overwhelming journey for our family as we navigated our parents hospitalizations, rehabilitations, moves from an independent living facility to assisted living at Country Meadows, and the eventual death of our father. It’s not an understatement to say that the staff at Country Meadows was outstanding every step of the way. The marketing team, the transportation drivers, the nursing staff, the kitchen personnel and maintenance staff are professional and kind in the way they interact with both residents and family. When it became clear that our father’s care needs were more at the level of a skilled nursing facility, Allie and Danielle worked with us to come up with a plan combining private duty and hospice care to allow him to return to Country Meadows from the rehab facility. His last week of life was spent with his wife rather than alone in another new facility. Just a week later, our mother was ready to move to a single room, and once again, the staff were on hand to arrange everything. We are thankful to everyone who is a part of the team.
