Community Reviews
Independence Court of Monroeville is a recommendable community!!!
reviewed on: 07/05/2016 by AnonymousMom is fitting in nicely at this community. She is taking advantage of the amenities offered. The building is a little dated but they keep it clean and may be getting ready to do some updates. The staff are friendly, professional and cleanly dressed. I have not tried it but mom said the food is pretty good.
There is a Good Atmosphere

I Would Recommend
reviewed on: 04/20/2021 by AnonymousI would tell others that my loved one fell and it cause some additional medical complications. The communication was decent between the family and the staff. I had a prior family member in this community and it was great for them.
I would recommend
reviewed on: 05/24/2021 by anonymousAll of the staff members have been great and the care they provide is great as well. We did have have to recently call hospice in so there is some confusion between what hospice should be doing and what the aids should be doing. So there could just be a little more clarification for the aids. The menu looks great, but our loved one is on a pureed diet. The barriers have been lifted so the activities are coming back, and the volunteers are coming back. There is arts and crafts in the memory care, and our loved one especially likes it when they bake cupcakes because they get to decorate and eat them.
