It Feels Like Family Here
reviewed on: 06/29/2016 by AnonymousOn day ! my move was simple and easy, my room was all ready and the staff stayed to help me find my way around the community. The staff make me feel comfortable, cared for, and go out of their way for me. I get rides to doctor appointments that are far away. They keep my room clean and have activities all day, more in the mornings. They truly care for you here and know everybody's name! I can't say enough great things about this community!

Best Place for Assisted Living
reviewed on: 08/30/2018 by ZeiglermomThree months ago, our family had to look for assisted living for our sister who has Dementia. We found Autum House, West in the phone book and called for an appt. Michael, was a God send! He gave us a tour, and sat down and talked to us and reassured us, our sister would be well taken care of. He was not kidding! The staff are extremely efficient, kind, and caring, to all residents as well as visitors. That includes the owner, the office staff, the care takers, the laundry crew, maintence, and the housekeeping crew. The facility is extremely clean and well taken care of. One of the best things is they have CONSTANT activities for the residents to be involved in. Our sister is very happy there. We are extremely happy with Autum House West In York PA. This facility is a well oiled machine. There are some negative reviews out there, however I think they are from the previous owners. The Current owners took over about three years ago. I would recommend Autum House to anyone.

reviewed on: 06/24/2016 by AnonymousMy mother is living at the community Autumn House West and so far she is doing good. In the beginning there was problem. After talking about the problem, things are getting better. Overall we worked out the kinks and my mom is doing good here at this community.

The administrator, liaison, and director were very responsive to my questions and proactive with the care my parents required. They offer excellent quality of care and many services for the cost. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an assisted senior care facility. The facility is clean and food is good! Carlene Hess
