reviewed on: 06/11/2021 by Colleen KThe staff members have all been very friendly, and the community itself is clean, but we are having some issues with our loved ones room being kept clean. The staff does a great job keeping an eye on our loved ones medicine, she seems to be doing really well. Our loved one only eats the dinner meals and so far has not complained about them. She does not participate in the activities so we aren't sure if they are still limited or not. We do think the value for cost is pretty good.

reviewed on: 06/25/2021 by KendallWe chose The Bridge because they offered a whirlpool bath which my mother loved and she was able to get a shared room so it was more affordable. They share a bathroom but she does have her own room. They also offered her her covid shots even before we moved in which was very nice of them. The staff members here are very friendly and welcoming. They do have a large variety of food on the menu and mom loves it. I am very happy with our choice and would recommend to others.
Great staff with compassionate care

Shortly after our loved one moved in, she had a big decline and everyone jumped in immediately to take care of her and do everything possible. The helped us put her on hospice and were with her until her last day, they just did a wonderful job. The Bridge met all of our requirements and it worked out perfectly.

reviewed on: 02/23/2021 by Karen SMy parents really liked this place, good food, friendly staff, clean spacious rooms. After mom passed away the staff was very compassionate. They spent every day talking and listening to dad as he was greiving.

reviewed on: 05/20/2021 by anonymousThe Bridge community has beautiful grounds, it has a very open concept and the people there were for the most part friendly. The rooms were very nice and very accommodating. We did have a couple issues with the care services, our loved ones medicine was dispensed twice in a day at times and it seemed like the nurse and the nursing staff was not as knowledgeable in some things as we had hoped for.
